At Tips & Taonga by Sommer, we carefully pack and send each order in appropriate packaging to protect your items.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-10 business days from the day of purchase.
Tracking information will be sent via E mail as soon as your order is processed.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using tracked courier services.
You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track the stages of delivery right to your door.
Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Rural delivery make take a little longer depending on your location and couriers.
Shipping to Australia
Customers can choose between:
- Tracked Courier Shipping - full tracking details included.
- Economy Shipping - more affordable. non-tracked
Delivery usually takes 1-14 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged upon entry into Australia.
Customers will select their preferred shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied automatically at checkout.
Delays
Once your order is with the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays due to postal or customs services, but we will always support you in tracking your parcel if possible.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged please contact us immediately at nailzbysommer@gmail.com or alternatively contact us on 021-297-5879. Please send us your order number so that we can work with the couriers to resolve the issue promptly as possible.
