Refund policy

Here at Tips & Taonga by Sommer we always take the utmost care in the way in which we create and send our items out to our customers.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If approved, we will issue Store Credit equal to the value of the item, or provide a replacement. We do not offer refunds.

Shipping costs for faulty/incorrect items due to our mistake will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature and hygiene of our products all Nails and Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty due to us. We do not offer exchanges due to change of mind.

Sale Items and Gift Cards are also non-returnable.

Please e mail us with your order number and proof of purchase, details, and photos. Upon inspection of item\s if accepted we will endeavor to rectify the situation promptly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
